Brevin's Kindergarten Graduation

Today was a great day! Brevin graduated from Kindergarten today. It was a ton of fun for a graduation. They sang 4 songs which were very cute. Then they showed a DVD that was basically an overview of the school year. Finally they handed out diploma's and let the kids go home with there families. It was a fun experience for the family. Jace and Ashlyn both enjoyed seeing Brevin up on the stage and Jace's made the comment that he can't wait to go to Kindergarten so he can make new friends and do the things Brevin is doing. After we arrived home we each gave Brevin a graduation present, Jace and Ashlyn both gave him a big pack of Pokemon cards and Mandy and I gave him a new Nintendo DS video game, he was very excited. It was a great day!!!

Ty and his girlfriend, Maggie, also came to visit the past few days. Jace asked, "Mom, why don't Ty and his girlfriend sleep together like you and daddy?" I explained that they weren't married, like mommy and daddy. We talked about it for a little bit, he didn't seem to understand or seem too satisfied with the answer at the time. However, the next night we overheard him telling them (Ty and Maggie) that they don't sleep together because they aren't married:-) Ty just said, "Yep." I think he was taken a little off-guard.

"to make wood smooth, so you don't get slivers."

"Before there was sandpaper, did people always have to wear shoes in their house? Did cavemen have sandpaper? Did cavemen live when the dinosaurs lived?...."  :-)

Mandy made this for me out at Sandhollow a couple weekends ago. I really liked it. I'm a lucky man!

Brevin had his 1st Tee Ball game today. He went 2 for 2 and made 1 defensive out. It was a ton of fun!

Family Camping Trip

We had an amazing time camping last weekend. We met Mike and Tina up in Fillmore and camped at the KOA, Friday thru Monday. It was a ton of fun. We went Geo Caching on Saturday (Geo Caching is a newer more modernized version of a scavenger hunt and it involves GPS units and coordinates) and we had a great time. Sunday, Mother's Day we cooked a big camp fire breakfast and then Mandy and I went and played 9 holes of golf a the local golf course in Fillmore, it was amazing! Monday we spent the morning packing and getting things ready for the short ride home. On the way home we stopped at Cove Fort  in Cove Fort, Utah and took a tour. It was very interesting but the kids were bored out of there minds. Overall we had a great time camping and look forward to going a few more time later this summer after Mandy has Kylee in June. Life is good!!!

Bell Family's 1st Blog

We have been wanting to start a family blog for quite some time now but we've just had a hard time finding time to get one started but we finally got one going. We are very excited to be able to post comments and pictures for our family and friends to see. It will give us a chance to share things that are going on in our family. It will enable our families to see what we are up to and also see up-to-date pictures of our wonderful kids. I hope everyone enjoys a glimps of our world!
